Please join us on Saturday, November 2, 2024, as we celebrate our 14th annual Big Night Ball – It Takes Little, To Be Big.
Empowered by Cisco for the third year in a row, we will celebrate the thousands of youth Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle have empowered through professionally supported mentoring relationships over the past 24 years. Guest will have the chance to hear from our 2024 Match Ambassadors – Big Terie and Little Malayshia, participate in a silent and live auction, as well as a Diamond Raffle, capped off with dinner and a night of dancing.
Taking place at the Brier Creek Country Club, this year we look to raise more funds than ever in support of our vision that: All Youth Achieve Their Full Potential.

Get ready, it’s time for the Annual CharityWERQ benefitting Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle! We’re going to WERQ hard, and play hard!
WERQ (pronounced “work”) is the wildly addictive cardio dance fitness workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.
WERQ Hard. WERQ Together. Do Good. WERQ believes in working hard and giving back to the community and is excited to partner up with Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) to raise funds for this awesome organization! BBBS changes lives by helping children realize their potential and build their futures. Through BBBS charityWERQs, WERQaholics strengthen communities and bring people together to dance and raise money for a special cause.
WERQ also believes in playing hard – and that is exactly what we will do! We’ll be shaking it up with heart-pounding, high-energy playlist, your fellow WERQaholics, and more. Don’t let the fun atmosphere fool you- this is a WORKOUT (or as we like to call it- a WERQout).
Wear anything purple or your WERQ gear while we work up a sweat on the dance floor. Non-dancers and dancers alike will sweat to easy-to-follow, high-energy routines as visiting and area WERQ Instructors lead you through the movements. No previous WERQ or dance experience is needed! Arrive ready to blast calories, and walk away feeling great!
