Yoga has many benefits such as building flexibility, strength and endurance. It also provides a safe space for youth & adults to relax and reconnect to themselves. About the instructor: Sherita is a BBBS staff and certified yoga instructor (200RYT). Classes will include basic yoga poses and meditations. Great for beginners.
